Here’s Our Hope For David Perron
By Sean Gallagher
After a good game on Thursday where he had a couple opportunities at getting his first NHL goal, we thought we'd put up one of his beauties, just to whet everyone's appetite. Notice that he doesn't get lucky on the finish, he actually backhands it in.
David, we believe.

I liked the special effects fog they were pumping into the arena like a Rush concert.
What, that was thick air left over from the melting of communism? Interesting.

people keep remarking on his strength but i think that was some left over nonsense on scouting reports. sure he needs to add some that’s obvious but he’s not by any means at all easy to get off the puck legally. hopefully as he gets strong he be able to fight through the hooks and holds more.
looks like marty no longer feels slighted by sub-talented linemates that he and weight had been getting. he’s playing strong down low again.
i pronounce this lines name as the rpm line.

BTW, I saw this dude called Brad Lee in Buccis mail column at espn.com. It said he was from St Louis.

Did anyone catch the Blues Live interview with King about the Haunted House they went to? Standing next to him was Perron. Perron just stood there grinning like a 5 year old looking at his Halloween loot. I thought he played very well last nigth. Especially for a 19 year old Frenchy.
