Development Camp Video

Here's the first of what will be several brief video clips of various moments at the 2007 Development Camp.

In this clip, new Finnish goalie Jusso Riksman faces shots from Evgeny Skachkov, Mike Peluso, and Brett Sonne (whom you can't see taking the shot, as he's out of the picture to the left. You see him briefly skating behind the net after Riksman makes the save.)...

Click on the photo to play the video, then use the "Back" button on your computer's browser to return to the "Game Time" site.

In this clip, several players buzz around Riksman during a shooting drill. In addition to Sonne, who was in the previous video, some of the players featured here are Jay Barriball, Travis Erstad, Jonas Junland, and Ryan Reaves.

Nice to see they left that “Blue Revolution” sign up – a sweet reminder of one of the worst marketing ploys in the team’s history.

That fiasco actually got the outside PR firm fired, from what I hear.

They ought to burn that thing.

When I saw that Monday, I thought about drawing on a pencil-thin beard and asking fans dumb trivia questions for free tacos whilst being recorded on video. And then I realized that would make me a big douche and decided against it.
