I’m still with you, Be-Rad! Sorry to say it, but the bracket-watching probably trumps the game tonight. Everyone’s concerned about how they’re doing in their office pools. I, myself, am sure I’m going to win the one I’m in at a well-known St. Louis law office (“You know our law firm…”) if Davidson, Drake and Stanford will help a brother out.

Good to see the blue-boys making a game of it. Manny’s pissed, I’m sure — he never gets two first period goals to work with. Well, guys and gals… Ears honestly wasn’t bad tonight. If he can build some confidence from tonight’s performance, and go into Chicago on Sunday and stick it up the Bleak Hoax’ asses, he might just be worth hanging on to.

Kariya’s 0-fer-his-last-18-games… Jesus. Good thing I was able to get just a TON from Edmonton for him and the Blues’ two second-round picks in the mock draft I’m in at “Hockey’s Future.”

Edmonton gave me Anaheim’s first-round pick, Roloson, Torres, and three prospects (including Vyatcheslav Trukhno, whom I’ve coveted since his draft year) for Kariya and the two second-round picks. Then I flipped Anaheim’s first-rounder to Columbus for the Jackets’ ENTIRE draft after the first round.
