Road trip'n to Hotlanta, GT is going to be representin
Through talking with our very own Hildy, I understand there are several GTers heading down to the Hot lanta area for an ice hockey game between some folks wearing a Bluenote and some other folks wearing something in regards to a bird I think. What the fuck is a Thrasher anyway?
Lets make a point of having a GT get together either before, during, or after the game.
Please post here so we can all get on the same page.
I am going to hit the road (from the Lou to the great white south) in about 5 minutes. Yeah.
Now, for a completely random photo:
(for the record, it was the 4th picture in my google image search)
This also happens to be rather appropriate though.

Yah, Ill be there
Been in touch with Hildy as well.
Me and my wife should arrive at the drinkskotch phillips/cnn center at around 3 for a couple cheaper than normal big beers.
Then Hildy mentioned warmup watching in 116 I believe?
Its a funny story actually.

Would you prefer a boiled peanut or some chicken and waffles?

Well, I think we should be there around 2:30.
Mom and I are going to grab lunch in Dantanna’s beforehand. Dan, you might want to stick your nose in and grab your tix. 116 or 117 is a perfect place for warm ups. Actually, I’m pretty sure that if you guys just “forget” to go to your seats you might be able to sneak down there and stay by us.

Does the rest of the GT folks want to meet for lunch/food before/after the game?
Wad, want to meet for food/beverage before the game since Hildy already has a date?
I will have my Bro with me, but I am sure he can put up with us GT folk.

yah, we can hang
Where do you want to meet, I don’t want to intrude on Hildy’s lunch with mom.
I plan on sitting in the CNN center having a couple beers beforehand. There are a ton of tables out there to sit at.
We will probably get there around 2:30.
Its a funny story actually.

I still don't have plans...
I’ll be there though. I may be having lunch with someone else. And then go to the game, but if y’all are having something pregame, tell me. Or if something post-game is happening, tell me.
I’m excited.
Sometimes, I wonder why hockey came south of St. Louis, and then I realize, I'm south of St. Louis. Coincidence, I think not.

If you guys are staying up around Cobb Co. way...
… after the game I can deposit my mother at home (not the home, but her home) and we can run out to grab dinner or a drink or something.
