Saturday Links: "Let's All Crash At Pronger's Place" Edition
Live from Lexington, KY! And as luck would have it, my arch-nemesis, "Dr. Crappy Hotel Wireless," found me all the way out here.
Fuck it, let's do this.
Blues News:
- Brewer is playing better than JD expected.
- Brett Hull: Face of the franchise? I humbly nominate Bob Plager.
- Matchup tonight against Pronger and the Flyers. 6:05 puck drop.
- Who'd have thought Backes would want to represent his country? Total shocker.
- HHOF induction's on Monday. God willing there will be an internet feed for those of us that don't have the NHL network.
- Speaking of the HOF induction, seeing this headline makes me think of another idea for Project Mayhem.
- Early chatter has the 2010 draft as one rich in talent, even for the later picks.
- More fodder for debate: Best player (currently) not to win the cup. I like Thornton or Iginla here.
- It's not "tried to put out a hit on my agent" bad, but it's certainly not good: Isles prospect arrested.
- Scores. Leafs win! Plan the parade route!
- Tonight's schedule. Go Leafs!
- Li'l Herb Brooks is going to the Olympics.
- Google Maps, you've done it again.
- Bread shoes: It's exactly what it sounds like.
- The world may never get its answer, but it's fun to imagine the potential outcomes.

I wonder which side is the visitor's bench on that Google Map... hahah
Anybody know of a good website that has links to funny/odd stuff like that? Or on Google StreetViewer?
"Brad Winchester playing on a line with Perron and Berglund is like the fat kid who you invite to play one day because you didn't have enough skaters, yet you don't have the heart to tell them to leave the next few times you play. Damn you Andy Murray." -Author Unknown

I had to use a buddy’s computer to get these links together. Rather than use the little program I have on my computer to put together and organize the links, I had to copy and paste each URL into the little description I have for it.

I was about to amail the support team and let them know that of all the colors for our site, red would be the worst.

I'm calling it "The New Coke" of technology, though.
Quite overrated.

Is it just me?
The fact that Brett wanted out of St Louis so that he could get a ring preclude him from being the face of the organization? In my mind you ask to be traded and that’s it you’re out.
If they are called fingers why don't they fing?

I never thought a mash-up of the Beasties and the Zepp would sound good. That’s what I get for not thinking.
