8. Apparently the refs don't always blow the whistle quick...err wait this time it sucked.
Really this week should ended with us two points out of a playoff spot imo. In the end we remain five out with six teams ahead of us in line. A win and were basically two games out and tied for eleventh. Once again Nashville gets undeserved points.
I am in favor of having regulation wins valued at three points. Overtime/shootout wins at 2 points. And overtime/shootout losses at one point.
Obviously Nashville was playing for a point and figuring they could steal an extra one if it went as far as shootouts. Not a bad plan for them really considering their goalie is near impossible to score on. God damn the fucking goal post for not deflecting Steen’s shot into the net.

Exactly. And this is probably why I’m irritated. I’m still pleased with their level of try and such, but there is a huge difference between being 2 points out and 5 points out, especially with the Bizarro-world that the Western Conference is. I want insurance wins just in case we start our scheduled implosion the last month of the season.

The game went into OT and it wasn’t a playoff game.

When I watched this game I thought 4 shore it would end in a shoot out.
