In the 60s I worshipped Clapton as God

There is a new messiah come to save the Blues. I bow now to the Kamikaze Kid from the barren plain.

Huger than Rosie O’Porkchop’s azz,
Braver than Audie Murphy,
Hustles like a crazed weasel,
Tougher than a Sizzler steak,

unto thee we behold our new savior

OSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Life is relevant. You can put your hands on a hot stove and a fraction of a second seems like hours. Yet you can put your hands on a hot woman and hours seem to turn into seconds.

Go For Osh!!!

Maybe it’s too early to say for sure, but I think we’ve got our new Doug Gilmour here.

As long as we can keep him away from the teeny-bopper babysitters, we’ll be in good shape.

I actually thought to myself that he’s like Claude Lemieux but without the fighting.
someone who doesn’t score every night but still makes an impact every game.
someone who’ll be a key component in a playoff run.
someone who finishes his checks more often than not.
someone who can get a clutch goal when you need it.
someone every team hates to play against, but wants him on their team

Also on the plus side, he's

someone who isn’t nearly as fugly as Claude Lemieux.

I mean I wouldn’t be afraid to get the Osh’s autograph, cuz I’m not worried about turning to stone if I look at his face. Claude Ledusa, man.
