TJ Oshie, Who Are You?
With most of his rookie season down, we have finally gotten a good, long look at one of the most anticipated rookies in the last two decades of Blues hockey.

Thus far he has been a ball of energy and a solid scorer and playmaker who occasionally can do brilliant things with the puck. He never takes a shift off and never seems to stop moving his legs. Clearly, if he continues to progress and play this style of game, he can have a long, successful career in St. Louis.
Then again, he is still a rookie with just 45 games of NHL experience; anything can happen.
What kind of player do you think TJ Oshie will become for the Blues over the course of his career?

My only concern...
…is that in the last 3-5 games, he seems to have taken some dumb penalties for diving after players and tripping them in the defensive zone. While these penalties have, I believe, only resulted in one power play goal allowed, he’s got to be better at positioning in the defensive zone in order to be a complete player.
I love the energy and the scrappiness around the net in the offensive zone, but we just need to be sure he doesn’t forget about playing both ends.
Proudly waving the Cubbie Blue from Northern Missouri! GO CUBS GO!
playing both ends?
His plus/minus is among the teams best, and he’s got great offensive skills. A couple of bad incidents doesn’t make or break a season. Jeez!
You’re like Murray always benching Perron. I don’t know what more these guys can do!!
