they review at the end of each round. The good refs/linesmen move on. As for the suspensions it all seems to be on what the name on the back of the jersey is and the team on the front.

that they didn’t blow the whistle until at least a full second later. after the puck had come back across the goal line and gotten stuck under bob’s OTHER pad.
if they intended to blow the whistle, they were intending to blow it while the puck was still live.
