But the blatant douchebaggery that ensues in the next comment ... jesus christ, just wow. What a fuck. This guy must must be blind deafliving in a hockey-less cave a ball-gargling asshole from Detroit. I railed him in a followup comment ... but seriously?! Hating on Mase? I almost shit my pants.

Reminds me of the tools who started cursing the Blues immediately after OT, or who said the “same old Blues” shit. It’s like, “Why do you watch, exactly?” What’s sad is he’s “informing” a casual fan who doesn’t know any better.
This is why I’ve never minded that hockey isn’t more popular. Can you imagine if every random asshat who calls in to shows about other sports cared about the Blues that much, too? It’d be an infestation. The second hockey became more mainstream, it would draw more of the people who follow sports when it’s trendy and chime in on hockey only during a playoff run.
But I’m generally a curmudgeon, so…
