Lars Eller has surgery
Internet friend Norm Sanders said former first round pick Lars Eller had surgery on his shoulder Thursday in St. Louis. John Davidson says the youngster will be ready for training camp at the end of the summer.

he’s flying all the way in from Europe to StL to get this done? Interesting. I would’ve figured there’d be at least a few top-notch shoulder surgeons in Sweden, Denmark or their general surroundings.

My guess is that the Blues don’t trust a doctor overseas that they don’t know.
Remember when Peter Forsberg tried to come back for the 50th time and they found out his hooves were all jacked up? He ended up having surgery here to fix the surgery done over there to fix them.
Oh, I figured that was probably one of the reasons.
But still . . . you’d figure there’d be at least one GOOD one over there. Anyway . . . carry on!

I'm sure there are, and I'm just guessing.
But I have to figure that’s the reasoning here. They have a lot of cash about to be tied up in that kid.
