In one of my my fantasy sports news summary e-mails, I just found this item:

Stempniak has two point night
The News
Lee Stempniak scored a goal and an assist in Toronto's 3-2 win over the Flyers Wednesday night. The goal was his 14th.
Our View
Stempniak now has 41 points on the season, but hasn't lived up to his promise since being traded to Toronto. They thought they'd be getting a much more prolific scorer than what the former Blue has turned out to be.
Sad, really.

Pass the Dutchie...
…right on back here if they don’t want him in TO.
I’d like nothing better than to have gotten Steen and Colaiacovo away from that self-important gasbag Brian Burke, for free. I despise that jerk-off about as much as I hate Lou Lamoriello…

I'd take him back
I think he’d fit in as a nice replacement for Hinote should we not keep him after this season.

Interesting timing, Milo.
we must have been thinking the same thing today because I just did a little story on the trade.
