weather channel = FAIL! wtf @ showing fucking commercials when one has no more than 2 minutes to check the weather before leaving the house. they need to keep the commercials at half-screen and continue to cycle the local weather on the other half.
also, beatbox chick is WIN! first one that I’ve seen that incorperates vocals into the mouth mix.
however I’m impartial to this guy

Holy Jesus Hamas Fucking Christ . . .
that beatbox was amazing! And I will give it a slight victory over the one Dooks referenced since there’s an obvious lack of video cutting-and-pasting for Ms. Dales.
I really hope they actually DO renovate the Kiel Opera House. If anything else, it would make the folks at the Fox Theatre shit their pants enough to actually do something of their own. Besides, if there’s a show worth seeing in St. Louis, I’d rather go some place Downtown rather than Midtown. But that’s just me.

It’s not just you. One of the first things one learns as a freshman at SLU is to never walk past the Fox on North Grand (which I’ve found is a bit of an exaggeration, since I regularly walk as far as Washington with no problems, but I wouldn’t go any farther than that), so this is a concept I can understand and agree with (though, it’s nice having all of the big shows coming within 2 blocks of where I live 8 months of the year).

because it’s closer to Illinois, natch. :p

Well, there is that . . .
plus the fact that I wasn’t exactly awe-inspired by my one trip to SLU. Location-wise, anyway.

I've been BY it . . .
but have I ever been to any performances there? Not as of yet.
