thanks for that.
how much did they pay that cameraman to stare, zoomed all the way in, at that guy’s junk multiple times?
2009 offseason reading: "Nate the Great and the missing powerplay."
I'm surprised (not) that those douchebags are STILL whining about how Crosby "snubbed" them...
Fan ta Detroit, and especially Kristi Draper.

Waaaah, Wings.
“Nick was waiting and waiting, and Crosby didn’t come over to shake his hand. That’s ridiculous, especially as their captain, and make sure you write that I said that!”
So NYAH. Good lord, Lidstrom waited 2.5 seconds before he hauled ass off of the ice. Yeah, it looks bad for Sid to not have been in the whole like (or heading it up, like he should have been), but really, blame the media who yanked him off for 100 interviews. What’s he supposed to do, say “Wait a sec, I have to go shake hands – you can put off your local nightly news for 10 minutes, right?”
Actually… huh.
I enjoyed TLP’s overview of Wings fans today on PuckDaddy – I guess it applies to their team, too.

Paul McCartney: We`re going to start a campaign to stamp out Detroit.
BTW,
It got a rise out of A2Y. The Chief kind of lives the stereotype that’s described in that blog post. It’s like gangsta thugs bemoaning negative stereotypes of inner city youth right after they bust a cap in someone’s ass.
Hypocrisy – live the dream!

I have never seen in all my life...
…a bigger bunch of whiny, self-absorbed, douche-y punks as the Krew at Kukla’s Corner and A2M.
It’s comical how full of themselves those jagoffs are. LIke the sun rises and sets in a Joe Louis Arena that was maybe 80% full for a Game Seven of the Stanley Cup Final…
“People go to the bathroom at intermissions.” ROFLMMFAO. Five thousand of ’em?

Only if they all get sick at once.
Being in Detroit & breathing in those fumes could do that to you…
But yes – totally humorless, totally self-absorbed, and total assholes. The PensBlog needs to stop trying to be polite to them as much as they do… it’s useless.

I want to find a video of the 5-minute beating Cam put on Draper back in March
and post it on every article about the “snub” I can find.
The Lidstrom story about his nut problem . . .
was already done by someone who sent several links to Deadspin, which was posted there last Thursday:
http://deadspin.com/5287269/nicklas-lidstroms-busted-ballsack-and-other-tales-of-nhl-woe
(That headline makes me want to wear a cup 24/7. I mean . . . he plays for the Dead Things and all, but . . . OUCH.)
Anyway, just another way for me to say . . . WAY TO BE LATE TO THE PARTY AGAIN, ESPN! Dicks.

Do Not Want
Agreed that the Blues should let Heatley go elsewhere. 7.5 mil poses too big of a threat to potentially signing our young players long term, even if you exclude the players we would have to inevitably trade to get “Heater.”
BluesFan45 puts it all together best using his fancy computer for things like comparing contracts and what a 7.5 million dollar salary can buy (besides 15 million tacos from Jack in the Box) in his fanpost over to the right. http://www.stlouisgametime.com/2009/6/14/909570/what-the-blues-can-lean-from-hoss

If Heater doesn't want the tacos...
… I have a lot of people down here who’d take ’em.

Yeah . . .
but could $7.5MM buy you AS MUCH FIBER AS one bowl of Super Colon Blow?
