I don't understand the combination.
What does the police department have to do with the Blues and vice versa?
They were sponsors, sort of....
In the olden daze you attended the Blues/Hawks game and then got a free ride down to the city PD for a nap in their drunk tank. They were swell fellers and even feed us sometimes.
