MLB In-Market Internet Games w/o Blackouts
This is about 5 - 10 years too late, but I am still pretty excited about it. As some of you in St. Louis w/o cable may know, it is getting harder to watch the games at home. Center Ice blacks out any games that are at home due to Black Out Restrictions. Hell I know people 8 hours outside of the St. Louis area and still get the blackouts.
This could set a great precedent for those in-market who want to watch the games on the internet. Makes total sense. I hope this trickles to the NHL.

Next step...
Them not blacking out the day games that are broadcast on Fox to non-area MLB.tv subscribers.
I subscribed to MLB.tv BECAUSE I’M NOT IN St. LOUIS OR ANYWHERE NEAR HOME. Ergo, I don’t even get the Cards games on Fox – I get shit like Mets v. Marlins.
