Loved the article on Heater. I used to try to stick up for him and why he left Atlanta, because I always felt it was legit for him to request that trade. But after how the fans here treated him and how ownership went out of their way to make sure he was ok, and then seeing his welcome in Ottawa… and then he turns into this huge douche ass?

I won’t boo him like most Thrashers fans do when he comes back (generally I don’t boo unless someone does something to our guys or the ref misses a call – I’m too much of a “polite Cardinals fan” and that carries over to hockey), but I can safely say that I will never stick up for him again. Ever.
