There's a lot being written about Jeremy Roenick lately. He's one of those guys that you either love or absolutely hate. I got over his Blackhawk-ness, and sorta grew to like the dude. My feelings started to turn during the 1999 playoffs, when the Phoenix Coyotes were facing the Blues in the first round. JR was missing them, because he'd suffered a late-season injury. However, when the 'Yotes were facing elimination in Game 7, he came back early and, with some extra facegear, played hockey with a broken-fucking-jaw. The Blues won, anyway, but I was still in awe of the effort.
That kind of toughness earned much respect in my book.
While looking for some write-ups of that series, I found this video. Enjoy.
UPDATE: Found what i was looking for, originally, here.
The key point: JR's return was 20 days after getting his jaw broken by Derian Hatcher.

Never liked him
I can see why people dig him though.
Watching that clip gives me chills. So awesome.
