I wonder if the ‘Hawks play Buffalo this year… oh, they do, on December 11th. Dime to a dollar (heh) that someone’s going to be tossing change like kids tossing pennies into a fountain.

It’s not like they have class or anything. Every game against the Slugs that I have ever been to has been a horrible experience – usually worse if we win.

Saw a guy get yanked out of the stands at a Blues game for tossing pennies

Only he was heating them up with a lighter and pliers and flinging them at the Hawks bench. That must have burned like hell when they landed on the back of their necks.

there was always an azzhole that sat near the blue line with a whistle at Hawk games

The players got so used to it they just ignored the guy doing the fake offsides calls. Every once in awhile the ushers and security would come do the lookie loo trying to find the offender but I never saw them yank anyone out of the stands for that. Whoever it was, was good.

There’s nothing wrong with heckling guys (it’s stupid, especially when you’re a drunk redneck and the guy you’re heckling is Riley Cote, Ball of Hate) but don’t interfere with gameplay. You spoil it for everyone.
