01/18 Road Music: @ Columbus Blue Jackets

... and the hits just keep coming.

There's not much of an introduction required with the Blue Jackets. We just played them 01/12 and beat them 4-1. Since that game, they played a home-and-home series with Chicago, losing both games. The first was in Chicago, where they were shutout 3-0. They came home to Ohio and were beaten again, 6-5. This means that they have lost 3 in a row, and are 3-5-2 in their last 10.

Meanwhile, Los Azules have picked up their intensity, and this has resulted in our 4-game winning streak. What does it take to continue? More. More of everything. They just need to continue the Blueprint from our last game. We beat the Rangers by being first to every loose puck, not giving up the blue line easily, and forcing them to react to our game. If we can resume that play, then we can beat the BJs. We just need to get back to the New York Groove.

Unfortunetly that ends tomorrow with my Spring semester – which begins with an 8 am Spanish class (ye-ouch!). In the mean time, fuck the BJs!

But we can’t split Teej and Backes, because having them on the same line is like Jesus riding a raptor!

8 AM spanish?

Awful. I only have 2 8 AMs this semester, but they’re my business calculus class so not much fun. Anyways, I’m calling in to work tonight to watch(if the feed holds until then)/listen to the Blues so they better make it worth my while.

my schedule is bitchin

mondays and wednesdays my day starts at 3:30 and ends at 6:15
tuesdays and thursdays my day starts at 9:30 and ends at 3:15

Yah

Even with the 8 ams mine is awsome cause I’m done by 11 am Tuesday thursday and done by 2 MWF. My buddy has all his classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so he has 4 day weekends every week.
