... and the hits just keep coming.
There's not much of an introduction required with the Blue Jackets. We just played them 01/12 and beat them 4-1. Since that game, they played a home-and-home series with Chicago, losing both games. The first was in Chicago, where they were shutout 3-0. They came home to Ohio and were beaten again, 6-5. This means that they have lost 3 in a row, and are 3-5-2 in their last 10.
Meanwhile, Los Azules have picked up their intensity, and this has resulted in our 4-game winning streak. What does it take to continue? More. More of everything. They just need to continue the Blueprint from our last game. We beat the Rangers by being first to every loose puck, not giving up the blue line easily, and forcing them to react to our game. If we can resume that play, then we can beat the BJs. We just need to get back to the New York Groove.
This is also your gameday pre-party. Meet, great the newbies (more every day, it seems), and discuss this: would it keep Rick Nash off the ice more, if we split T.J. Oshie and David Backes onto separate lines?

Puck Drops at 6:00PM St Louis time. The GDT should be up shortly beforehand. Hopefully, SBN has upgraded their servers to suitably contain the greatness of our GDTs.
Until then, LGB!
