Hey Teej

I don’t see a panic button. Is there a panic button there? What’s he pushing? I don’t get it. Coach Murray has me all screwed up in the head. My therapist says I need to feel comfortable in my environment and I just don’t feel comfortable. I need to do some deep, cleansing breaths.
