A good way to get to know someone better is to travel with them .... lucky for the Blues, they have a California road trip with their new coach on the schedule.
As much as it "pains" me to say it, the Chicago debacle was practically a throw-away game. It was too soon for Coach to have much influence on the team, and the way things have been going, they were going to lose that one anyway. Chicago just has so much talent...
But, like McGwire, I'm not here to talk about the past. There's about half of a season left, and the future begins NOW for the Blues. How will things change? I don't know; it's hard to say for sure. The Sharks are a tough team, but we knew that already. They've taken 8 of their last 10, and 4 of the last 5. However, 2 of those recent games were won in the shootout, and their last game was a 6-2 blowout loss to the Kings. They will be looking to rebound from that loss. We've beaten them once before this season, so we know what it takes. Just make it happen, boys.

The game is on Fox Sports MW, and also on the NHL Network, so some of our out-of-town fans might be able to watch.
Let's hope this matches our own Viking's approach to the game:
