I don't get the motivation of those people
When my teams lose embarrassingly, the last thing I want to do is talk about them.
Not afraid to nitpick
Me either,
but suicidal people apparently need a reason to be on the ledge. Personally, I would rather talk about new recipes during those times…

That video is awesome!
First they thought I was ASD, and then ADHD, and after a few years of having MD, they told me that I am probably EI. But all I know for sure is that I have TS... Fuck it, just call me alphabet soup.

Tough guy David Perron?
That’s what “In Lou We Trust”‘s story said. At least it’s good we have playmaker Cam back I guess.
I read that too.
Not sure if it was sarcastic or misinformed or mistyped. With that said, DP does have a nasty streak to him and has become a “tough” player in his own way.

I-64/40 Eastbound Closed from Jefferson to Sixth Street Tonight
Fans traveling eastbound on I-64/40 for the Nov. 20 game vs. New Jersey will want to leave extra time for travel due to a highway closure.
I-64/40 will be closed eastbound from Jefferson Street to Sixth Street until Monday morning for bridge painting work by MoDOT.

Yeah there's at least 10 quick, easy alternate routes to take.
Sadly, many peoples knowledge of downtown routes is limited to highway-closest exit-venue, then reverse to get home.

I-55 to Exit 3 in Illinois...
…go to the Casino Queen, park for free, spend $5 for round trip to DrinkScotch on Metro.
Easy in, easy out, cheapest way to go, usually lots of fellow Blues’ fans on the train.

Will be packing for trip to PHX tonight, but will be on the GDT anyway...
Wanted to go to Peoria for the second game of the doubleheader with Abbitsford, but just don’t have time.
Actually working on some Prospect Sunday stuff now, so I don’t have to stay up ALL night…

So I figured it out last night.
I angered the Hockey Gods. I was wearing my Jackman jersey when he was injured. My bad. I switched to my MacInnis Jersey last night when Ms. Bluestiger and I went to the game and they blew Ottawa out. I apologize for the losing streak. I may on for the GDT tonight, but I’m not sure. Thats the bad part about being back home for Thanksgiving. No FSN :( So radio it shall be. Hopefully we can pick off another basement team from the east.
Barret Jackman is my hero.
Fueled. These new shores burn. Shadow, my sweet shadow, to you I look no more.

Just a chew toy for the hockey gods
Sigh, I miss the ole barn.
Quotes from “Your first Blues game” on STLToday.
Montana Blue Sky -
Blues vs Boston Bruins in ’69. The Blues beat Orr and co. along with a fight in the stands as a goof in the stands hung a rubber chicken from a pole and dangled in front of Derek Sanderson in the penalty box. Plante was in goal for the Blues.
Cup_hungry –
1987 I believe Hawks Blues at the old barn. Dad took me. Saw hockey for the first time, it was a tie. The action on the ice was crazy and the action in the stands was nearly as bad. A large group of Blues fans were assaulting some Chicago fan charter buses in the parking lot after the game. I was like “I love this game”. Even with the tie.
Smooth21 Fan –
New Years eve 1974.. At the " Old Barn" Blues beat the Flyers 3-2. Bob Gassoff fought 3 Flyers and I think 2 were against Paul Holmgren. Great time. Sat in the Parquet seats 2 rows behind the Penaty box.
holdem –
My son is two. His first phrase? Let’s go Blues.
Just a chew toy for the hockey gods
Whip my hair
Hey I listened to this song (Whip my hair) before the 2nd period started in my car and you know what happened? 3 goals in 90 seconds is what happened. I don’t know if it was the song itself but it couldn’t hurt to listen to it again. Lets GO BLUES!!!
