after the 4th Blues goal, but I still remember the rest of it like it was just the other day! That was a good night!

I can’t believe that that was already a decade ago. I remember watching the whole game and thinking man, how can we get blown out THIS badly? I was over at a friends who’d left the room and going “Bryan we scored”……We scored again…..Ummm…Bryan, we got another."

They were originally going to use a Wings jersey...

but after Louie tried grabbing a gun and capping the trainer, they downgraded to a Blackhawks jersey. Usage of a Leafs jersey just left Louie confused, and a Canadiens jersey just made him pull out newsclippings of the Halak trade.

Gonna make an excursion into hell tonight

my first foray this year into Ramano’s (local Blackhawk hangout and pizzeria) to watch the game. I haven’t been there since watching the Stanley Cup last year. I figure it’s time for a slumpbuster. Yeah that’s right I said SLUMPBUSTER. I’m willing to take one for the team and pick up the fugliest female Blackhawk fan in the joint. I don’t know if Blues fandom has any medals for this type of gallantry and bravery but I at least should get a case of good whiskey out of it.

A stiff upper lip as them Brits say.
