Blues Announce Polak To Return Monday
In what is seemingly weeks early, the Blues announced this morning that Roman Polak has been taken off the Injured Reserve and will suit up for Monday's game against Vancouver. He suffered a severed tendon in his wrist in a freak accident on Oct. 23 against Pittsburgh.
Polak's calm and solid defensive play as well as his physical edge has been sorely missed on the Blues back line since he left the lineup. The team's defense immediately improves with his addition to the lineup.
Ian Cole has been assigned to Peoria.
Welcome back, Roman. This makes us want to tell all of the best Roman Polak Jokes of the Day that we have.

I can't believe he'll
be back so soon with that serious of an injury.
On the other hand I thought for sure Cole earned a stay here. I’ve been impressed with his maturity so far.
