QMJHL names Jake Allen Defensive Player of the Week

As noted yesterday in the "Trending Up" report, Allen posted a 3-0-0 record in the last week, a save percentage of over 95%, and a GAA under 2.00 in winning all three of his starts. After a slow start to his tenure with les Voltigeurs de Drummondville, it seems that Allen is getting it together, and becoming the kind of goalie that puts a team on his back and carries it a long way in the playoffs.
