Several league sources have confirmed the report to the Post-Dispatch. The Blues aren’t commenting. Boyes is in the second year of a four-year, $16 million contract. After scoring a combined 76 goals in the past two seasons, Boyes has 10 goals this season. The word from NHL teams who received the email from the Blues regarding Boyes is that he will be VERY difficult to unload with his salary. JR
