Ok so I sooo know Im gonna get flamed for this but....
Now that Halak has pretty much told Carey Price to “Sit the Fuck down and Shut the Fuck up” so to say….
Do we dare make a play for Price???
I mean hell…Getting out of Montreal might do him some good….And Whats the worse that could happen? I mean it really cant get worse than the whole Patrick Lalime debacle can it?
I still maintain Vladimir Konstantinov got what he deserved...If you can't handle that then kiss my ass......

Naaaaaaaaaah.
Price is a starter. We need another backup.
Starter + backup is not the Blues way – - backup + backup is more the Blues way.
(See also, dump and chase).
Let's go Blues!!!

price
should be the blues’ primary trade target this offseason. ship them a marginal D prospect! les habitants already have their next (next) patrick roy, and his name is jaroslav halak.
even though a year ago, his name was carey price.
Paul Kariya's hips don't lie and he's starting to feel it's right.

I was thinking more like....
Brewer or Jackman and a pick or 2…….nothing higher than a 3rd rounder but Price is a RFA……Someones gonna have to sign him so you ofset your payroll to make room for him by getting rid of some dead weight…….
Yeah I know….Montreal will never go for that….but a guy can hope right????

Got a Former Devils player on your team? The Habs have an extreme attraction to washed up ex-Devils (i.e. Gionta, Gomez, Rolston in June/July) amd will give up a top prospect and someone they consider a “Bust” for your ex-Devils. Because building a team begins with taking sloppy seconds from other teams that have been more successful than yours!

Unfortunatly.....
All we have in the ex Devil department is Cam Janssen….And I dont think Montreal will take a sparsly used enforcer for a possible starting goaltender…….
it would be nice…….but nyet…..

I don’t think the Habs will try and trade for Janssen then. Unless our current enforcer (Leblond, the dude who fought the 3 minute fight with Janssen) starts being incredibly effective and awesome

It seems that the Presidents Trophy equals kiss of death
I’m kind of disappointed that Washington lost. They seemed to me to be the only team that could challenge Chicago for the cup. Now we’ll have to rely on San Jose.
Do do you think D’Agostini is pissed he got traded now?
You can rely on San Jose
a lot of hate them almost as much as Detroit and Chicago. Nothing in the West left for me to root for.
Actual TSN headline today: “Sharks tried to emulate Red Wings, now face them in playoffs”. Go Meteor!!!

St. Louis Game Time . . . I need another beer.
Bobby Orr was my idol as a kid
When he beat the Blues it was like my superhero stabbing my mom in the eye with a steak knife.
Just a chew toy for the hockey gods

like ovie’s cup dreams.
Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky was in a production of The King and I? Well anyway, before the show, Brasky chloroforms the entire cast, and slowly eats them in front of the audience for two hours. The production got pretty good reviews.
What in the flaming hell is that weird-ass Creed shit?

I loved it
Creed eats so much dog dick. LOVED that someone did that to them.
Good stuff.
North Co! North Co! North Co!
Oh, I agree that Creed sucks rancid ass... but that was still some incomprehensible shit...

Maybe that's WiM's version of Project Mayhem.
