Loved the Brooks Laich story.
What a really, really nice guy. That just reinforces my belief that hockey players tend to be normal average guys with probably one of the best jobs in the world.

and his family. they’re great people. his dad is a huge blues fan, actually knew garry unger a bit. but his dad moved to michigan in the early 90s and my friend wanted to root for the team his dad didn’t like.

Even though it came against the Blues, that photo is one of the most recognizable, iconic hockey photos.
It’s great to have such a wonderful artist in our community.
