So with the salary cap expected to rise to 60mil I have to question what this does to the Blues as well as other small market teams who have an internal salary cap.  We are probably going to top off at roughly 50mil this year in payroll which means that the half of the league that can spend to the cap has a 10 mil advantage over us this year.  I only hear people say that this will give some cap room to X teams but no one discusses the ramifications of the ever increasing cap on Nash/CBJ/STL/Anahiem/FLA/FLA/ATL/MIN/DAL/etc.  Someone get Mirtle on this I want to hear his thoughts.
