Gave me chills.
Especially since the actual goal was on a rebound, you can see the crowd getting excited, bummed then overjoyed in a span of 2.5 seconds.
I haven’t felt like that since the gold medal game when we tied it up with 17 left.

Was at the firehouse
all the FFs were watching it on the big screen. Place went ape shit on the goal. I went out and hit the engine air horn and lights, almost putting a blue hair driving by in the bushes. Chief came out of his office wondering what the fuck was wrong with the radio guy and why all the hollering.

Detroit Red Wing fans...
…the single most spoiled, childish, jealous, self-important bunch of assclowns to ever delude themselves into thinking they have some kind of entitlement to championships and league awards.
Few things in life will give me more pleasure than seeing the Red Wings finish in the Central Division cellar, and listening to their whiny fanbase cry all summer about how badly they were screwed by the refs, the NHL, ESPN and everyone else even remotely connected with the game of hockey.

He reported that the Blues have offered Cola a two year contract extension worth a little more than he earned last year, but have had little discussion since then. Cola’s probably going to take the show to July 1st to see if he gets any better offers, so we’ll have to see how that one plays out.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky was in a production of The King and I? Well anyway, before the show, Brasky chloroforms the entire cast, and slowly eats them in front of the audience for two hours. The production got pretty good reviews.
