This ref reminds me of a kid I grew up with we nicknamed Poohburty. I've told the story here before but just in case someone missed it. Poohburty's voice cracked just like this ref's and he looked like Pooh Bear so we nicknamed him Poohburty. The more excited Poohburty got the higher his voice went. FYI to the management here. I've tried to embed video HTML from YouTube twice in the last couple weeks and I'm getting some kind of error. HTML is empty and will not work or something like that.
