Backes Update
As per Stltoday.com
Blues forward David Backes was making progress Sunday after suffering an upper-body injury Saturday night in Philadelphia.
Backes was injured in the second period of the Blues' 4-2 win, when he collided with Flyers defenseman and former Blue Chris Pronger. Backes appeared to hit his head on the ice when he landed.
"He is feeling better than yesterday," Blues coach Davis Payne said Sunday. "Obviously sore and stiff but we are continuing to monitor him."
Backes will be re-evaluated on Monday.

It doesn't look like a concussion so that's a plus. Hopefully he'll be back soon.
