Looks like All-Star Voting has opened up.  http://vote.nhl.com/   The Blues only have three players officially listed:

F Backes

D Petro

G Halak

BUT you can use "write-ins", too.  Basically, it'll search out the appropriate player in the database, if you type his name into the write-in form.  And I am shamelessly stuffing the box for the Blues.  You can resubmit your ballot up to 30 times.  You do need to register for an nhl.com account.
