Wednesday Video
I know why the power play sucks. The dance has lost its luster. Effective this Friday, the following is the new power play song and dance:
That is the dumbest shit I've ever seen.
Thanks for being cool about a link-less Tuesday. I woke up at 7 AM to write them up, but I was called into the police station to give my account of a game I officiated Saturday night that, despite my best efforts of penalizing everything, ended up with a guy grabbing a broken stick and assaulting an opposing player. The concept of sportsmanship escapes California.

Halloween
I went as one of the guys from the beasty boys video Sabotage for Halloween. It was pretty legit, I had a cheap justin beiber wig from wal mart I fucked with enough to turn into a bad comb over, a face mustache and a pair of aviator sunglasses. I got a few SABOTAGGGGGEEEEE and COCHISE! yells from the bars. I woke up around 7pm tuesday night on my buddies futon while we complained about still being kinda hung over. Fuck yeah for taking tuesday off work, was a good call.
He raged at the world, at his family, at his life. But mostly he just raged.
Aren't you that guy who hates the blues?
Wow.
Even lunkheads like fucking Matt Cooke know you’re not supposed to pick up a broken stick, much less use it to cut someone.
Fight Club writer for the print edition of St. Louis Game Time . . . I need another beer.
The Throwdown Lowdown Report, only on The Bluenote Zone.
And I can also write things in 140 characters or fewer.
The Wings are currently in a losing streak?
Things to do before the first game against them this year:
Get Power Play Goals
Get Penalty Kills
????
Profit!
If the Blues can get the above done, there might be a talent-loaded team stuck in fourth place whose predominant color is red…
Let's Go Blues!
Support your local NAHL team. Seriously.
Apparently Friday is "Cardinals Night"
but it’ll be LaRussa instead of Freese dropping the puck, per email I just got from the Blues. More importantly you can get free food.
Cardinals Night with the Blues is THIS Friday
Manager Tony La Russa will drop the ceremonial puck prior to the game
Join the Blues at Friday’s game vs. the Vancouver Canucks to celebrate the 2011 St. Louis Cardinals and their World Series Championship.
A special ticket offer is available for the game: Fans can commemorate the Cardinals claiming their 11th World Series Championship in 2011 with a Mezzanine Level ticket for $11.11. Or, honor Game 7 winner Chris Carpenter’s No. 29 jersey with a Plaza Level ticket for just $29.
Tony La Russa and other Cardinals guests will be in attendance at Friday’s game, which begins at 7 p.m. Friday at Scottrade Center.
La Russa, who recently announced his retirement after 33 seasons, will participate in a ceremonial puck drop prior to the game. La Russa earned three career World Series Championships (two with the Cardinals) and ranks third all time in major-league wins by a manager.
Fans wearing Cardinals gear at the game can visit concession stands for buy one, get one free hot dogs.
Throughout the night, highlights of the Cardinals World Series win will be shown along with Cardinals-themed activities.
Im all over this IF.....
I can get the tix at the box office for that price…..Ticketmaster is charging $8.60 in fees for one $11.11 ticket….thats a fucking joke……but if I can get the same deal at the BO….then Im all over it……YAY FOR POOR PEOPLE TICKET PRICING!!!!
I still maintain Vladimir Konstantinov got what he deserved...If you can't handle that then kiss my ass......
