Seconded.
Total britta’d move by NBC. I adore Community, but God forbid we have sitcoms on TV that aren’t idiotic. Lowest common denominator FTW!
Thrashing the Blues - No, I'm not re-naming it.
SB Nation St. Louis
St. Louis Game Time - We turn the F bomb into an art form.
Reporter: There`s a "stamp out the Beatles movement" underway in Detroit. What are you going to do about it?
Paul McCartney: We`re going to start a campaign to stamp out Detroit.
I dunno what the deal is between Dave Bolland and the Sedin Twins . . .
but it’s about fucking stupid, and it got “worse”.
Maybe after the realignment becomes official, these two teams will quit blowing each other. Then again, maybe not.
Fight Club writer for the print edition of St. Louis Game Time . . . I need another beer.
The Throwdown Lowdown Report, only on The Bluenote Zone.
And I can also write things in 140 characters or fewer.
Weirdos?
Dude’s from a twee little suburb of Toronto and he’s calling people weird? What, not enough Timmy’s-swilling hipsters spouting fake-polite witticisms to make him comfortable?

Y'know...
I really don’t see the ‘rivalry’ ‘tween the two teams, it’s more media-driven.
-happen to like the Canucks.
Czech Blue keeps me going... get well soon Vlady Sobotka!
I think it's due to the way they've beaten each other in recent playoffs.
That’s probably it. One of my neighbors across the street for me is from Vancouver. He was afraid to admit to liking hockey and used the “Ha ha, I know, ’You’re from Canada so you should like hockey,’ but that’s such a stereotype” routine. I told him that as long as he wasn’t a Red Wings fan, everything was fine. His answer? “Red Wings? Oh, hell no.”
He didn’t think there was a rivalry, either. I figure if you don’t see each other six or more times a year for a number of years, there really isn’t a rivalry.

I have a number of legit Blackhawks fan friends
and trust me, they all HATE Vancouver! It might fade away once realignment takes hold, not to mention the Hawks changing the bottom half of their roster every year, but right now it’s probably one of the most compelling rivalries in the league.
I know it's time for hockey because I've started singing "Don't Stop Believing" with the words "...born and raised in FUCK DETRIOT!!!"

Really?
I haven’t seen the Canucks fans reciprocate. Then again, I only know closeted Canucks fans. They’re closeted because they’re afraid admitting to liking any organized sport other than soccer will get them ostracized from their online gaming groups. Soccer’s a purer sport, don’cha know…

Can I just say 'thank you...'
…to Winnipeg for taking care of Minnesota last night. They aren’t are immediate goal (that being Chicago/Detroit, but Minnesota losing only makes our job easier.
Pittsburgh, you were no help at all last night. Since Minnie plays Chicago tonight, it’s kind of a wash in the long run, but I’ll be rooting for the Wild to win in regulation.
I once shot a man just to see him die...then I got distracted and missed it.
Yes that was sweet
it shut my Wild friend up for awhile.
Here’s the Bogsian hit on Bouchard. BOuchard turned at the last second so IMHO it’s no call or suspension. Since the NHL is hand wringing over every hit now he’ll get a couple games.
Just a chew toy for the hockey gods
Suspension or not,
my fantasy team appreciates the 15 PIMs he earned on that hit.
Unfortunately for my imaginary team, WPG’s game-winning goal was scored exactly two minutes after a penalty was assessed; and since two-minute power plays are only 1:59 long, Byfuglien’s assist doesn’t count as a power-play point. Aargh.
"The Minnesota Wild is not boring" is grammatically correct
The Minnesota Wild is a hockey team. Substitute “team” for “Minnesota Wild”. You wouldn’t say “The team are not boring”.
You asked.
its a group
therefore
congressmen are not boring vs congressmen is not boring.
buffalo is not domesticated? nope tis a collective, therefore buffalo are not domesticated. THAT buffalo is not domesticated though.

However...
“Finda be” is not. The phrase is “finna”, which is a compounding of “fixing to”, a Southern dialect term. Might explain why he’s not returning your texts; he’s still waiting for them.
I’ll shut up now.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
my crush, nay, Love, for Alison Brie is outta control. I wake up in the morning sad she won’t ever date me. My girlfriend is likely less than impressed.
SECOND THINGS SECOND
is there anywhere online (in.. canada) that I can see 24/7 ? Television,… she is not so cheap in cottage country.

Boy, I can hardly wait...
… for Skyrim Sereal Cereal. “There’s a Word of Power in each box! Collect all three and out-Shout your friends!”
Gonna have to listen to the Wild-Blackhawks game tonight.

Watching the Ottawa/Boston Game
TSN Announcer: Blah blah blah blah blah you cant talk over me blah blah Rundblad and stuff.
Panger: Interesting trade between the blues and Ottawa to get Rundblad.
TSN Announcer: …..
Panger: With St. Louis trading Rund the previous years first pick to get the 16th….
TSN Announcer:…….
Panger: They used the 16th to get Tarasenko whos considering a really high level of young talent much like Rundblad.
TSN Announcer:…
Panger:…..was an interesting prospect swap of sorts…….for both teams
TSN Announcer:….Something about prospects on the Senators….moving on cause I dont know alot about hockey….BLAH BLAH BLAH YOU CANT TALK OVER ME BLAH BLAH….

Carkner just punched Lucic around
Thats cool. Looked like Lucic got the worst of that fight but it wasnt terribly far off. Still sore at Lucic for the hit on AMERICAN OLYMPIC HERE RYAN FUCKING MILLER.

I don't know if anyone here has been watching the Wild-Blackhawks game...

How refreshing to actually hear a game without all the filtering
I hate that the networks won’t put mics near the ice, it’s freaking hilarious to listen to the yappers and chirpin. The refs take a beating too.
