So, are you hipper than hispters if you have no idea what the fuck Pitchfork is?
I know the industrial band Project Pitchfork being a part-time rivethead that I am, but this is apparently a different Pitchfork.

What goes for their tv goes for their radio, too.
The ESPN radio we have here in central IL is great if you like college or pro basketball and college or pro football. It’s “meh” if you like baseball and nonexistent if you like soccer, hockey, or auto racing.

If ESPN hasn't got the class to even mention in passing the tragic loss of an entire team of hockey players...
…then fuck them right in the earhole.

why would anyone want to bitch slap an underscore?
I once shot a man just to see him die...then I got distracted and missed it.
Sometimes the underscore's got it coming to 'em.
That’s just how it is in the cold hard world of punctuation and typography.

"So she's enjoying penis a little bit more is she?"
Hahahahaha! What the hell, WGNO co-anchor Michael Hill?!
Also, if you haven’t watched it yet, you need to see Don Cherry’s magic invisible piano. I’m still mesmerized ten viewings in.

Cap tip...
…to Amerinadian over at Winging It In Motown for a complementary Morning Skate report about tonight’s game:
We’re used to other teams getting up for the Wings, but it’s Detroit that needs to rise up and prove they’re the better team. After all, the Blues have won the last 3 meetings, including both earlier this year. That kind of domination isn’t normally seen in these parts, but I think it’s time we recognized the greatness of the team down Missouri way and give them the respect and credit they deserve.
In the back of my mind, I admit, I was thinking “Is he being snarky?” until you realize that even if he is, it doesn’t make what he writes about the Blues any less true. Good on you, Amerinadian.
…though people in the comments are still talking about this Blues “trap defense” which, as far as I can tell, consists of relentlessly attacking the neutral zone puck movers, blazing in for forechecks and generally having a better possession game.

So Taguchi was somewhere in the general direction of 105 last night.
I should know, he was sitting right below me as I was in 305.
