Your St. Louis Blues are playing "_ _ _ _ Detroit" tonight. Don't forget that every time you purchase one of those crappy pizza's from Little Caesar's you sharpen the skate blade that is cutting your team's throat. I am curious if any of you really care or does where you spend your money really matter to you? Am I just a little on the edge about this Little Caesars thing. I am always surprised these things are able to stay open in St. Louis.

I think its funny that some troll

begs this question, while there are much better pizza choices in st louis…however the great city of detroit would be a ghost town had the government not bailed you out. on top of that I think its funny that every FUCK DETROIT fan blames every loss on injuries when the Blues have been the most injury riddled team the past few seasons. As much as I may hate the Wings...

Ilitch Charities is one of the biggest supporters of youth hockey in the US, and gives thousands of dollars each year to outfit underprivileged kids so they can play.

Besides, local Little Caesar’s stores are franchised, meaning a vast majority of the money stays in STL.

Nice point, please allow me to retort

I applaud Mike Ilitch and would love to have a guy like that backing up my team. I wonder how many Detroit fans understand what a gem he is. That said, I still feel like a traitor to the Note, if we support Ilitch. Plain and simple. We are all capable of making informed purchases and I am amazed how Blues fans can justify supporting the Red Wings, even if it is indirectly.

My logic is not that extreme

But, I believe you have earned a debate point. Multiple pizza franchises kicking money up to the man does not equal the revenue generated by the ocassional ticket buyer from another city. Would you agree? In all seriousness, the business model is well executed and as a business owner, I can’t help but admire it. Gallagher nailed it in his post-game article about hoping our new ownership has deep pockets.
