As far as the Blues are concerned I think the players need to work out their own shit, together. Turn your weaknesses into strengths, turn your strengths into weapons. It's easy to say this as an outsider, but having been part of a team I know that the players, together, are the only solution. They are the ones out on the ice night after night. They are the only ones who can change their fate.
What can fans do? Support them. We can be frustrated; we can be pessimistic; we can be optimistic; we can be hopeful. But at the end of the day, we need to support them.
