Anyone hear any? Any moves that you would like to see the Blues make?

There will be a number of big free agents this offseason from Anaheim and Washington, and they won’t be able to re-sign them all… Think the Blues make a run at Bobby Ryan or Alexander Semin without giving up too much?

I think it's too early

To hear about any REAL trade rumors. I’d personally like to see someone like Parise in a Blue Note as well. Bergie is definitely tradable as well as one of our Dmen and a pick. I really like the team now and I think I’ll really like the team when we see Schwartz and Tank around in a Blues sweater.

I've said it elsewhere already.

…but the only person I could see coming in (without trading off our current roster), playing the system and contributing meaningfully out of the gate would be Lee Stempniak. But then you hit the issue of shifting lines around and moving guys down…then there’s less chance for Reaves or Sobotka to pinball around the ice reeking havoc.

I once shot a man just to see him die...then I got distracted and missed it.

I've been thinking about that......

and to be honest……I’m not sure I want to screw with the team chemistry right now……I know we need a goal scored but at what cost?? but shit……I’m so paranoid right now that I’m worried about Steen and McDonald coming back and screwing with the chemistry …….more so with Andy Mac than Steener……..

last night I watched the NHL Networks......

NHL Tonight…..aka NHL on the fly…..for a fucking hour….that’s right…..60 fucking minutes……from 10 to 11 pm with not ONE GODDAMN BLUES HIGHLIGHT …..

That happened last week, too.

The Blues are invisible to the NHL. They’re hockey ninjas. With that in mind, I’m going to make sure that the goalies have all the caltrops and throwing stars they need to make an effective defense in the crease. Maybe they should get smoke bombs, too. I don’t know yet.

I tried to watch NHL overtime on NBC last night

But for whatever fucking reason it was NBA bullshit, either charter has their heads up their asses(likely) or the world still hates hockey. St. Louis just doesn’t get any credit any the sporting world it deserves.

Not even the Cardinals second most winning team in baseball next to the Yanks gets any sort of recognition when they win a W.S. The Rays were in the same position as the Cards going into the playoffs and they got more spotlight. It’s just the coastal bias that we’ve all come to hate. Small market’s don’t get the spotlight they deserve.

A couple of those saves by Halak last night should have been highlights. I especially like the save when he stacked the pads.
