Tebow did a great job making the few deep throws he attempted, particularly the TD toss to Royal

The majority of the yards, particularly the final 60 after the 20 yd toss in OT, came off great playmaking by Demaryius (sp?) Thomas taking advantage of Ike Taylor playing some piss poor tackle football.

Not enough pressure on Tebow allows the receivers more time to get open, especially when the D-line got down to Hood, Hoke, and Heyward rather than the starters.

And it ain’t like Mundy’s a terrible safety, but Ryan Clark is the man making the calls on defense and is the sober, stay at home “yin” to Troy Polamalu’s crazy blitzing, run stuffing “yang.” His pre-snap calling also makes up part of what makes the defense so damn good.

Offense? Hell, I don’t disagree with Ben going out hurt against SF on MNF when the Steelers had the inside track to #1 but I’d wonder how things would go if he’d sat out the last games and came back 100% for the playoffs. It’s easy to see things like that in hindsight, but the injuries and patchwork offensive line appeared to be the undoing since Denver knew how to shut down the Steeler offense once Big Ben lost the ability to shrug off sacks and extend plays.

Good for Reaves.

I love his energy and enthusiasm. And his smarts both with the puck and how he gauges when to fight and when to take the shoves. Honestly, I won’t be surprised to see Nichol leading in fights at the end of the season. Reaves is doing a great job of protecting his guys and drawing retaliations w/o dropping mitts every other night.

Good riddance to the Janssens and DJ Kings of the world. Reaves can play ten minutes/game, haul ass up ice, create scoring chances and protect his team.

Sadly, I think this means bye-bye to B.J. at the trade deadline

I once shot a man just to see him die...then I got distracted and missed it.
