Streaking St. Louis Blues At The Next Victim Oilers, GDT

David Perron dangles the puck AND his tongue out of his mouth.

The Blues have a chance tonight to do something they haven't done since 1991: win four road games in a row. Holy hell, even in the cursed President's Trophy season, they didn't win four games in a row away from St. Louis. I hope I read that correctly. Wherever I read it.

Hey, Jaroslav Halak sure seems to be busy. He gets his fourth start in a row tonight. With the Blues in action tomorrow night in Vancouver, Brian Elliott has been tabbed for that outing. Kind of seems like Halak is a legitimate No. 1 goaltender now, eh? Lars who?

Patrik Berglund joined Twitter today. The very first game he plays soft, disinterested or invisible, that dude is going to hear all about it from Tweets far and wide. Here's hoping he won't get his feelings hurt tonight.

Earlier this year I called Ryan Nugent-Hopkins the Nuge. Apparently that's his real nickname. I am good.

I've been trying to eat healthier. You know what I miss that I saw at the grocery store last night? Pop Tarts. Cherry. So good. Damn. I miss them.

So I'm just rambling at this point. We put all sorts of effort into these and no one talks about it. If you're reading this, do me a favor and drop a reference to a berry in your first comment. Strawberry, eldeberry, gooseberry. I don't care. Consider it a reading test. Just drop the reference.

This is your game day thread. Comment like the Blues are at home and it's not bed time on a school night.
