FYI to NHL.com Customers

So after about six years, I've finally decided it's time to get a new Blues jersey. After the other evenings awesome comeback win against the Wild I decided now was as good a time as any. Being an out-of-towner by several hours, I decided the easiest thing to do would be to order from nhl.com.

I placed an order for a Reebok Edge Blues away jersey, customized with Sobotka's name and number. I committed to the $328 price tag and hit "Place Order."

Today as I'm going through my emails, I see that I have a message from NHL.com regarding my order.

"We regret to inform you that we are unable to complete your order. The following item(s) are unavailable at this time and have been cancelled from your order."


Really? Really?? So yea, FYI to anyone looking to buy a Blues away jersey, apparently the NHL doesn't have any in stock, and I guess doesn't think they'll have any soon enough to bother asking if I'm ok with it being back-ordered.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
