"Game Time" PROSPECT SUNDAY for October 27, 2013

When he's in, they win... or at least get the gimmick point. Photo by - - Ross Dettman/Chicago Wolves

So far this season, when Jake "The Snake" Allen has been in goal for the Chicago Wolves, they have earned standings points 70% of the time. When he's not, they earn NO points 100% of the time. Just one more reason why selling the farm team might have made financial sense, but may be a BIG mistake from a player development point of view.

...

Less than eight months and counting... Coming soon to "Prospect Sunday," a weekly look at the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. Watch for it in a few weeks.
