An occasional feature with breaking news and "Notes" on Blues' prospects... In this edition, 2010 second-round pick Ty Rattie, the First Star among Blues prospects for last week, is starting off this week off with a bang.

After capturing First Star honors for the week ending Feb. 9 in "Game Time's" weekly "Trending Up" listing, Portland Winterhawks RW Ty Rattie is staking an early claim to the same honor for this week.

Rattie scored four goals, added an assist, and was a plus-4 as the Hawks chopped down the beanstalk of the Vancouver Giants in an 8-3 rout at Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver.
