Aucoin, Mancari lead Wolves to shootout win

ROSEMONT, IL --- The Chicago Wolves had a big night on the ice and in the record books during a 4-3 shootout win over the Iowa Wild Saturday night at Allstate Arena.
Center Keith Aucoin and right wing Mark Mancari each dished out two assists. Aucoin’s second point gave him sole possession of seventh in American Hockey League all-time scoring while Mancari’s first helper made him the 87th player in AHL history to record 500 points.
Left wing Sergey Andronov, center Pat Cannone, and right wing Ty Rattie tallied for Chicago in regulation and the Wolves were successful with all four shootout attempts. After surrendering three goals in the opening frame, goaltender Matt Climie shut out the Wild for the remainder of the game and allowed only one marker in the shootout.

COMING UP:

"Trending Up" at 5:00 PM Central Time. Almost all of the Blues' collegiate prospects are still on their Holiday break, so "On The Horizon" is being delayed one more week.
