For those of you not on my Twitter feed, I thought I'd place this link to The Bleacher Report which talks about my hometown team as an alternative live hockey event if an NHL lockout happens. It's ten bucks at the door. Scrounge it up and come on in.
Well, at least SOMEONE finally offered Splodey money. I suppose he finally got the hint that the Blues weren't going to re-sign him. I guess Bouwmeester was too pricey so Colaiacovo's the next best thing. The deal's reported to be for two years at $2.5 million each, which means that the Wings'll be paying him $5 million for about a season and a quarter's worth of games played.
