Welcome back.

It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the Blues taking out the hated Blackhawks. We watched in awe as David Perron claimed Marty Turco as his own personal punching bag. We saw Roman Polak net his first goal of the year and finally breathed a sigh of relief as Patrik Berglund buried home a late power-play goal to seal the win. Ahh memories.

Oh right, it was only yesterday. Let's hope the Blues' celebration was mild and they are ready to play tonight. Why? Because tonight the Pittsburgh Penguins come to town.

Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and a few others are here and they are pretty good. The Pens are 5-3-0 in eight games and have eight goals more than they have given up. Two years ago, the beat Fuck Detroit to win the Cup and they are still pretty good. Sure, Crosby's line has guys like Chris Kunitz on it, but Crosby is still a beast.

In net, Marc-Andre Fluery has been struggling. So much so that former Blue Brent Johnson is slated to get the start tonight. Johnson was supposed to be what Halak is — the goalie of the future. He washed out in St. Louis, despite being fifth all-time in franchise wins. Let's hope he washes out tonight.

It's the Blues and its the Crosbys. This is your GDT. Do what you gotta do.

Let's go Blues.
