Understanding that the animated .GIFs slow down the load time for most people's computers, however, I'd like to propose the following.
RESOLVED:
"That all animated .GIFs, with the SOLE EXCEPTION of the sled-stealing pooch or the bouncing trampoline pooch, be verboten from today's GDT, and today's GDT only."
