Supposedly, the season ended a ways back, and this is all pointless. Sooooo.... why am I so looking forward to this game? Because there's two points in Chicago, the BlackHawks need them BAD, but they have to TAKE them from the Blues to get them. The Hawks are currently sitting in 8th place, and it's still a crowded field.

This game MEANS something, to both teams. And for the Blues, tonight's game is about
Awww Yaa. According to last night's Gametime paper, the Blues are 10-5-1 when they've played the night before. One area where youth works in our favor.
The Enemy: This is the sixth and final meeting with Shitcago this year, so we already know these guys. Here's the more newsy stuff: The Hawks played just last night, losing in OT to the Habs and then traveling home. In the game, Troy Brouwer lined up Lars Eller (why does that name ring a bell?) for a hit, missed, and injured his shoulder. They are already missing Patrick Sharp (knee injury), Dave Bolland (concussion) and Jordan Hendry (ACL). Scoring has been down the last few games, so Coach Q has been mixing up the lines pretty frequently. The question remains: have they hit rock-bottom, and are ready to bounce back against the Blues.... or are they vulnerable and ready for the Blues to push over the edge?
